ARMAL service modules are engineered to achieve fast, easy and effective servicing of toilets. They perform pumping and pressurized toilet washing operations outstandingly. Their compact design reveals proven quality and an extreme attention to detail. The main waste tank body is made of steel and is treated to prevent corrosion and rust. The water reservoir is in transparent polyethylene; this feature offers a convenient way of rapidly checking the water level in the tank. The fresh water reservoir is located beneath the waste tank to ensure a perfect balance distributing weightin a manner to guard against vehicle axle damage during transportation and allow optimization of loads. The vacuum engine and high pressure water pump are driven by a hydraulic oil system. The water pump system develops a powerful 150/bar of pressure and produces 15 l/min (standard) or a pressure of 200/bar for a water production of 18 l/min (optional).
The washing system is fitted with a device that automatically mixes the liquid detergent to ensure in–depth cleaning. The vacuum engine reaches its optimum vacuum rating for the suction of the waste in just 30 seconds and pumps 2000 l/min waste (standard) or 3000 l/min (optional). The service module can be equipped with a system for producing hot water to heat the entire load of washing water up to a temperature of 94°C by means of a dedicated oil-burning boiler. An odour control system using a micro-pump doser to mix deodorant fragrances can be easily added.
The service modules are entirely manufactured by Armal to ensure top quality.
ARMAL service modules may be configured with assembly crossway to the axle of the vehicle (Armal 1000T and 1300T) so as to permit the loading of extra toilets onto the truck bed or with longitudinal assembly (1000L and 1300L). The trasversal vacuum modules can be power-driven with PTO connection for vehicles fitted out and supplied directly by Armal; alternatively they are powered by an auxiliary combustion engine (Honda 13 Horse power) and they can be installed on customer-owned trucks.
