Armal achieves Gender Equality Certification

A Commitment to inclusion and diversity

Armal is proud to announce that it has officially obtained the Gender Equality Certification, a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities across all levels of the organization.

Achieving the Gender Equality Certification required a structured and systemic approach, guided by the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Reference Practice. This standard provides a framework for analyzing organizational processes and policies, identifying improvement areas, and defining measurable objectives to promote inclusivity and equal opportunities.

The certification process involved focusing on six key dimensions:
