EASY Units with Belt Drive System
The EASY Vacuum Tank Units combine a combustion engine to drive the vacuum pump and an electric pump for washing. They are simple, light and require little maintenance. They are the entry level product: a cost-savvy solution that ensures quality, safety and performance.
EASY Units with Belt Drive System
Without high pressure washing, the power transmission is designed to guarantee the best combination of performance, economy, maintenance, and consumption. The vacuum pump is driven by an internal combustion engine by means of a belt drive while the washing system is driven by an electric pump. To obtain the maximum lightness of these units, Armal has decided to equip them with a single suction and washing station. EASY vacuum tank units are also available in different capacities to meet all customer needs.
EASY 1100T B1 and EASY 2000T B1: The Transversal Units with Belt Drive System
EASY 1100T B1 and EASY 2000T B1 can be equipped on vehicles up to 6.0 tons. Their transversal positioning allows to have enough space to load extra portable restrooms. The system is mechanically autonomous, and the vacuum pump is driven by an air-cooled 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine by belt drive with centrifugal clutch. Washing is provided by an electric pump (8 liters/min. – 2.11 gallons/min.). EASY 1100T B1 has a 460 liters/121.52 gallons fresh water tank and a 1.100 liters/290.59 gallons gray water tank while EASY 2000T B1 tanks contain 580 liters/153.22 gallons of fresh water and 2.000 liters/528.34 gallons of gray water.
EASY 600V B3: The Mini Unit with Belt Drive System
EASY 600V B3 is Armal new entry vacuum tank unit. Small and lightweight, it has the same main features as the other EASY units; thanks to its vertical position, it is perfect to be installed on pick-ups, small trucks, or light trailers. EASY 600V B3 system is mechanically autonomous; the vacuum pump is driven by an air-cooled 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine by a belt drive with centrifugal clutch. The washing is guaranteed by an electric pump (8 liters/min. – 2.11 gallons/min.). The fresh water tank has a capacity of 200 liters/52.83 gallons and the gray water tank holds 600 liters/158.50 gallons.
