Armal Christmas Party 2025

As the year draws to a close, coming together takes on a special meaning.

The Armal Christmas Party 2025 offered a valuable moment to reconnect, reflect on shared achievements, and reinforce our team spirit. Held on Thursday 18th at Viola Park in Florence, the day was dedicated to collaboration and participation.

At its core was the Drum Circle, an engaging activity that brought everyone together. Through rhythm and collective coordination, we experienced in a tangible way the importance of listening, alignment, and working as one team.

The event continued with a presentation of the year’s results—marked by particularly strong performance—and an overview of the strategic outlook and objectives for 2026.

CEO Christian Roller also shared upcoming initiatives and new measures designed to further support and value our people. The day concluded with the recognition of colleagues celebrating 15 and 20 years with the company, as well as a heartfelt moment dedicated to those embarking on their retirement.

A meaningful occasion that strengthened our sense of belonging and reaffirmed the shared vision with which Armal continues to look ahead.
